Carley Clemons is a Senior Policy Associate working on health policy in Children Now’s Oakland office.

Prior to joining Children Now, Carley worked for Manatt Health as a policy consultant to California state government clients on projects related to Medi-Cal, children’s health services, and developmental disability services. She also previously worked as a special education teacher and then as a regional center service coordinator in the San Francisco Bay Area. Carley holds a Master of Public Policy degree from the University of California Berkeley and Bachelor of Arts degrees in both Psychology and Political Science from the University of California Santa Cruz.

Outside of work, Carley enjoys being in nature and likes to spend her free time hiking, camping, kayaking, birding, and botanizing.
