Trang White serves as the Associate Director of Human Resources at Children Now and joins the team with over ten years of HR experience. She has worked in the fields of education and geriatric care with an emphasis in staff training and development. Her earlier work includes directing early childhood education and before and after school programs, specifically in the non-profit sector. Trang is a highly motivated HR professional with exceptional employee engagement skills, extensive management experience within large corporations and small startups, and a heart for culture development.

In her previous HR roles, Trang has led implementation efforts on various HR programs, ranging from payroll and performance management to policy development and staff training.

Trang earned her B.S. in Human Development with a minor in Communication at the University of California, Davis. She also holds a Human Resource Management certification from the University of the Pacific.
