Ian has over a decade of experience in operations, with a strong focus on finance, payroll, HR, and administrative management within the nonprofit and education sectors. He brings a broad skill set in organizational efficiency, cross-functional collaboration, and systems implementation.
Throughout his career, Ian has led key operational initiatives, including multi-state payroll processing, budgeting and financial reporting, policy development, and streamlining internal procedures. Ian earned his B.S. in Business Management from San José State University.
