Tania is a current student at Santa Clara University majoring in Sociology and Political Science. As part of her studies on campus, Tania is working alongside a SCU faculty in exploring the representation and contributions of minority authors in science fiction literature. In addition, Tania has presented at a first-generation college student symposium on Hispanic assimilation and perceived racial barriers, demonstrating a deep commitment to advancing discourse around equity and the lived experiences of marginalized communities. Off campus, Tania works in customer service. 

When she is not studying or working, Tania enjoys engaging in her diverse community through spending time with friends, trying new restaurants, and exploring the Bay Area.
