Emily Reece serves as the Director of the Children’s Movement (TCM) at Children Now. In this role, she leads the TCM team in expanding TCM membership growth and engagement. This includes leveraging Children Now’s powerful technical platforms to implement data-driven and equity-focused recruitment and retention strategies for TCM.
Prior to joining Children Now, Ms. Reece worked for Deloitte Consulting, advising government clients in developing new strategic plans (e.g., vision statements, core values, goals, initiatives) and large-scale tech implementation projects. She also served as the COVID-19 Response Coordinator for Governor Jared Polis where she managed strategic partnerships with key stakeholders such as County/City Attorneys and the State Emergency Operations Center to solicit feedback and make continuous improvements to Colorado’s COVID-19 policies. Ms. Reece has a deep passion for using stakeholder engagement, data analytics and technology to produce evidence-based and cost-effective policy and strategy solutions. She is well experienced in leveraging technical platforms such as Salesforce, Pardot, ArcGIS, Tableau, Python, and R to implement new functionality, tools, and automation for community organizing, policy analysis, and strategic planning.
Ms. Reece is a graduate of Carnegie Mellon University where she earned an M.S. in Public Policy Management and Data Analytics. She also graduated from UC Berkeley, where she received a B.A. in Political Science.
