These recommendations will promote Closed Loop Referral systems that center children and families without placing the burden on parents/caregivers and providers, establish efficient and streamlined administrative processes locally, and achieve health equity by reducing disparities in outcomes for children and youth enrolled in Medi-Cal managed care.
