Karli Oppenheimer (She/Her) serves as the Special Assistant to President Ted Lempert at Children Now. In this role, she supports Ted and the rest of the team in scheduling matters, communication efforts, organizational research, and network tracking.

Prior to working at Children Now, Karli received her bachelor’s degree in political science with a minor in gender studies at the University of California, Los Angeles. During her time at UCLA, Karli participated in an abundance of advocacy work focused on social justice and gender equity. This work includes her former position as Policy Director for IGNITE at UCLA, as well as a student volunteer for Planned Parenthood’s Generation Action chapter.
