Derya Arac
Derya AracDirector, Development & Outreach
    Ms. Arac manages the organization’s fundraising and grants administration efforts through development activities and outreach, including grants and individual donor tracking. Ms. Arac also oversees and manages the organization’s social media communications across multiple platforms.

    Previously Ms. Arac has worked as a Children Now researcher, supporting the production of the California Children’s Report Card and California County Scorecard of Children’s Well-Being. Prior that, she worked at several Bay Area after school programs as a curriculum coordinator, head teacher, and writing instructor.

    Ms. Arac has a Master’s in Political Science from San Francisco State University and has a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from California State University, East Bay. She is currently a volunteer adult/adolescent tutor for Refugee Transitions.
