Regional Lead for Silicon Valley
Kacey Wulff represents Children Now in the Silicon Valley region. Prior to Children Now, Ms. Wulff served as the Director of Outreach and Enrollment for the Office of Health Reform, the office providing strategy and coordination for the implementation of the Affordable Care Act at the US Department of Health and Human Services. There, she led efforts across public affairs, communications, and stakeholder engagement teams to develop and implement strategies to promote enrollment on the Federal exchange, healthcare.gov.
Ms. Wulff also served at as a policy advisor and special assistant in the Office of the Assistant Secretary for Preparedness and Response. Ms. Wulff publishes and presents on the intersection of health disparities, health reform, and community resilience. In addition to her work in the administration, Ms. Wulff worked on the 2012 Obama campaign in Denver, Colorado and the 2016 Clinton primary in Oakland, California.
Ms. Wulff has a MPH from Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health where she was a Sommer Scholar. She has a BA in Philosophy from Stanford University. She has been recognized as a Fellow in Bioethics and the National Institutes of Health and a Fellow at the New Leaders Council.
