Vice President, Development and Communications
Ms. Bell manages the work of the development department. Prior to joining Children Now, she worked in communications and development for the Wisconsin Farmers Union, a statewide advocacy organization for family farmers and consumers.
Previously, she served as a grant writer and program specialist for the South Madison Health and Family Center, which offered health and education services to families in Madison, Wis. She also managed special projects and events for the Simpson Street Free Press, an afterschool writing program for middle and high school students.
Ms. Bell graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where she was the News Editor of the independent student newspaper The Daily Cardinal and served as a campus stringer for TIME magazine. She holds a BA in Sociology and Social Welfare..
